All orders are shipped throughout South Africa to your door (in major centres) within 1 - 2 working days!

Please note: Orders to outlying areas need to go to your nearest Post Office or Postnet branch and will take 48 to 72 hours.

Once you place your order on the product pages or on the telephone, the orders are shipped from our call centre in Cape Town, South Africa.

For Cape Town customers, orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) should reach you the next day (excluding public holidays and weekends)
For customers outside Cape Town, orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) will arrive within 48 to 72 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends)

Please note: EFT payments and direct deposits must be received within 5 working days (from day of purchase) for your order to be processed and shipped to you.
